SeaPort-e Functional Areas
SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contracts provide an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. Optimal Technologies International, LLC (OTi) is able to compete for Seaport-e task orders that provide services and solutions to commands that include the Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corp, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Team OTi is a diverse and competent team with a variety of competencies that cover all 22 of the SeaPort-e functional areas.
