OTi awarded GSA VETS 2 Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)

Orlando, FL – Optimal Technologies International (OTi), an Information Technology firm, announced today that it has been awarded the Veterans Technology Services (VETS) 2 Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). The VETS 2 GWAC is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide customized Information Technology (IT) services and IT services-based solutions.

With a $5 Billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, VETS 2 allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.

VETS V2 offers fixed price, time and materials, labor hour, and blended task order types; providing greater flexibility in procuring IT service solutions to meet government mission requirements.

OTi awarded NAVSUP Contract

Orlando, FLOptimal Technologies International (OTi), an Information Technology firm, announced today that it has been awarded a five-year contract in support of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) headquartered in Mechanicsburg, PA.

OTi will provide N71 Program Management Support Services in support of the Warfighter in the areas of Key Ongoing / Future Projects, Day-to-Day Operations, Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Schedule of Budgetary Activity (SBA) audit requirements.

NAVSUP’s mission is to deliver sustained global logistics and quality-of-life support to the Navy and Joint warfighter. They manage supply chains that provide material for Navy aircraft, surface ships, submarines and their associated weapons systems. NAVSUP provides centralized inventory management for the Navy’s non-nuclear ordnance stockpile, and they provide a wide range of base operating and waterfront logistics support services, coordinating material deliveries, contracting for supplies and services, and providing material management and warehousing services.

OTi awarded 8(a) STARS II GWAC

Orlando, FLOptimal Technologies International (OTi), an Information Technology firm, announced today that it has been awarded a five year option on the 8(a) STARS II Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). A GWAC is a pre-competed, multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that agencies can use to buy total IT solutions.

With a $10 Billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, 8(a) STARS II allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses.

8(a) STARS II offers fixed price, time and materials, labor hour, and blended task order types; providing greater flexibility in procuring IT service solutions to meet government mission requirements.

New task orders may be issued between August 31, 2016 and August 30, 2021. Order performance may go through August 30, 2024.

Orlando, FL – Optimal Technologies International (OTi), an Information Technology firm, announced today that it has been awarded an option year task order to continue providing IT Support Services Contract Support for the Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE) at MacDill AFB, FL.

JCSE is the nation’s premier joint deployable communications unit providing early entry, scalable C4 support to Regional Combatant Commands, Special Operations Command C4 services in support of various U.S. Federal Agencies, U.S military, Global Combatant Commands (GCC) and directed contingency missions worldwide.

The IT Support Services that OTi is providing at MacDill, AFB C4I includes: cyber defense, planning, telephony systems engineering, training support, Joint Network Operations Center network and data administration support, information assurance (IA) engineering, help desk services, database/web software engineering support, network engineering, LAN/WAN Administration, database administration, systems administration, information technology security, system management technology and project management.

Charles Daniels, President of Optimal Technologies International (OTi), called this JCSE task order “An essential component in providing C4 support to the element, and we maintain a constant state of readiness to support JCSE at the CJTF/CJSOTF Headquarters.” He added “Many of the employees on this task order are ready to deploy World Wide to any hotspot within 72 hours notice. OTi awarded SeaPort-e Contract


Orlando, FLOptimal Technologies International (OTi), an Information Technology firm, announced today that it has been awarded the Navy’s SeaPort-e contract N00178-15-D-8345.

SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management.  The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.  The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members.  All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform.  Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.

OTi awarded USACE Oracle Services Contract

Orlando, FLOptimal Technologies International (OTi) has been awarded the US Army Corps of Engineers Oracle T Series Professional Services Contract to implement a cloud based computing platform. OTi was selected to receive the award based on the company’s past performance and highly evaluated technical approach.

Under this contract, OTi is providing support to the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) mission-critical Oracle computing environment. USACE operates large Oracle M Series servers in the Western Processing Center (WPC) and the Central Processing Center (CPC). Through this contract, OTi is assisting the USACE by developing the architecture and implementing a migration plan for the new Oracle T-Series servers. Additionally, OTi is providing training and consulting services to insure full integration of the new features and functionality of Solaris 11 and Oracle EM Ops Center in combination with T-series virtualization capabilities.

OTI selected by PEO STRI for Medical Training Evaluation System (MTES)

OTI has been selected by PEO STRI for Medical Training Evaluation System (MTES) project for the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) program. OTI will be procuring, integrating, documenting, delivering, and testing the Medical Training Evaluation System (MTES) that is required to enhance the medical training capabilities that currently exists at the Medical Simulation Training Centers (MSTCs). The MSTCs are standardized Army training assets located at various military installations worldwide that deliver effective medical training using standardized training platforms to better prepare Soldiers for the application of medical interventions under combat conditions.
